When you browse this website
We don't ask for your data or use cookies. Fonts and images are served from this website itself.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs technical visit data, such as your IP address, for security purposes.
When you message us or book a call
If you message us on WhatsApp or book a call on Calendly, we use your name, phone, email, company and whatever you tell us to reply and prepare a proposal.
Legal basis: taking steps you request before entering into a contract.
When you subscribe
Payments are handled by Stripe: we never see or store your card details. We use your billing details (name or company name, tax ID, address and email) to manage the subscription and issue invoices.
Legal basis: performing the contract and our tax and accounting obligations.
The data in your Odoo
To provide the service we access your Odoo database. That data belongs to your company: we process it only on your behalf, as a data processor, under the data processing agreement signed when you subscribe.
We work on a separate copy (The Workshop), on servers in the European Union, with encryption and daily backups.
When the AI needs to work with information from your Odoo, it does so through AI model providers acting as sub-processors, with the safeguards required by the GDPR. They are listed in the data processing agreement.
Who else processes data
Stripe (payments), Calendly (bookings), Meta's WhatsApp (messaging), Cloudflare (web hosting), the provider of The Workshop's servers (EU) and the AI providers.
Some of them are in the United States. Those transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
For as long as our relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the period required by law; for example, six years for accounting records.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to [email protected].
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
